Raspberry Smoothie

Raspberry smoothie
A fresh and quick breakfast if you’re not very hungry, can be prepared the evening before. If so, the chia seeds will swell and you will have a thicker smoothie. Vary with blueberries.4 tbsp coconut cream

4 tbsp heavy whipping cream

4 tbsp water

½ dl raspberries

1 tsp chia seeds

1 pinch ground vanilla

Mix in blender or with a hand mixer.
