Another really simple and quick summer plate for lazy days – or when you are busy doing other things than cooking!
Hot smoked salmon is a favourite of mine. I prefer to heat it up just a little bit in the oven, but it is (almost) just as good cold.
hot smoked salmon
baby spinach or swiss chard
or the vegetables you prefer
and a cold sauce – this one is ridiculously basic but so good: just creme fraiche and chives.
