Here is one of my typical “recipes” – no fixed amounts. Try and taste! 🙂
Let the cod (or other white fish, ca 125 gr / 4 ounces per person) fillets simmer in salted water with 10-12 grains of allspice until done.
Sause: Gently mix 2 dl / 14 tbsp creme fraiche with 2 tbsp lumpfish roe (or similar), salt and pepper
Spinach: Let frozen spinach melt in butter, add cream cheese and maybe some ground nutmeg, stir and season with salt and pepper.
